calories and weight. Emphasis is placed
on methods and materials. Upon completion, students should
be able to understand and troubleshoot the human caloric equation from
a scientific and a psychological viewpoint.

Student Outcomes: Upon completion of this course the student will have a general overview of the course material covered and will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
1) Read and interpret what a Calorie is about.
2) Plan and Layout a Caloric Project
3) Demonstrate Various Caloric Enhancement Methods (mostly on the minus side).
4) Apply the Calculator to the Physics Involved
