Course Description: This course covers the physics of calories and weight.  Emphasis is placed on methods and materials. Upon completion, students should be able to understand and troubleshoot the human caloric equation from a scientific and  a psychological viewpoint.

Student Outcomes: Upon completion of this course the student will have a general overview of the course material covered and will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:

1) Read and interpret what a Calorie is about.

2) Plan and Layout a Caloric Project

3) Demonstrate Various Caloric Enhancement Methods  (mostly on the minus side).

4) Apply the Calculator to the Physics Involved
